Specsight has two paid plans — Standard and BYOK — plus a custom Enterprise option for larger teams. Every plan includes the full product: feature tree, scenarios, annotations, changelog, flow diagram, digests, release notes, exports, Ask Specsight, MCP server, and the read-only API.
Plans differ on two things: how many projects you can run, and who pays for the AI analysis. Everything else is the same.
The plans
Standard
Standard is €129 / month and covers up to five projects. Specsight runs the analysis and pays Anthropic. The right fit for most teams.
BYOK
BYOK is €49 / month plus your own Anthropic API key. Project count is unlimited because you pay Anthropic directly. Better when you already have an Anthropic account, or when five projects is not enough.
Enterprise
Enterprise is a custom plan for larger teams — bigger projects, heavier usage, custom limits, volume pricing, and priority support. It is not self-serve and has no fixed price. Book a call with Ola or email ola@specsight.app to scope it.

- Projects — one GitHub repository on a single watched branch
- Members — anyone in the organisation, regardless of role
- Ask questions per day — how many questions you can put to Ask Specsight each day; BYOK is unlimited because your own key pays
- Digests per month — how many digests you can generate a month, manual and scheduled combined; BYOK is unlimited
- Release notes per month — how many release notes you can draft a month; BYOK is unlimited
- Source files and Repo size — upper bounds on what Specsight will analyse for any single project
If your Anthropic key stops working
On BYOK, Specsight runs on the Anthropic key you supplied. When Anthropic stops accepting that key, Specsight stops using it rather than retrying against it.
Every Admin gets an email and an in-app notification, once per failure rather than once per merge. Project pages carry a banner until it is resolved.
What to do depends on why Anthropic refused the key. Open Billing in the rail, where the Bring your own key section names the reason and offers the matching action.
- Anthropic rejected your API key. It may have been revoked or replaced. Paste a working key and click Replace API key.
- Your Anthropic account has no credit left. Top up at Anthropic, then click Check again. There is nothing to replace.
- Your API key cannot use the model Specsight analyses with. Give the key access to Specsight's models in your Anthropic console, then click Check again.
Saving a working key resumes the paused work straight away, including releases that landed while it was blocked. Specsight also re-checks stored keys once a day, so a key you fix at Anthropic resumes on its own.
Only Admins can open Billing, so only an Admin can replace or re-check the key. Everyone else sees the banner and a line asking them to raise it with an Admin. See members and roles.
Change your plan
Open Billing in the rail and click Manage subscription to launch the Stripe Customer Portal. Switching between Standard and BYOK applies immediately, with proration on your next invoice.
Enterprise cannot be self-served. Book a call with Ola to scope a plan — that is also how teams on custom limits request changes or move between plans.
Cancel
Open Billing, click Manage subscription, and cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
When the period ends, the organisation locks. Every page redirects to a paywall with one button: Subscribe to resume. Your data is kept for 90 days. Re-subscribing within that window restores everything intact — projects, scenarios, annotations, history.
Only Admins can change billing or cancel — see members and roles.
