An annotation is a free-text note attached to a scenario. Use it for questions about behaviour, links to tickets, or decisions about what should change. An annotation never alters what the scenario says.
Add an annotation
- Open the scenario in the spec
- Click the speech-bubble icon on the scenario row
- Type your note, and type @ to mention a member
- Click Annotate
Annotations are permanent: they cannot be edited or deleted. To correct one, post a follow-up that supersedes it.
Where annotations show up
- On the scenario — in the panel where it was posted, with a count on the speech-bubble icon
- In Changes — as its own entry
- In the scenario’s History — alongside every other event that touched it
