If your partnership is ending
Open Billing to see the date and the price that follows. Click Add a card to keep everything running. Nothing is charged before that date, and without a card the organisation locks on it.
If your organisation uses its own Anthropic key
Organisations that joined on BYOK keep their own key until they move to Standard, and Billing shows the date. From then Specsight covers the AI usage and removes your key.
If your key stops working
When Anthropic stops accepting your key, Specsight stops using it rather than retrying.
Every Admin gets an email and an in-app notification, and project pages carry a banner until it is resolved. Open Billing in the org rail, where Bring your own key names the reason and offers the fix.
- Anthropic rejected your API key. — it may have been revoked or replaced. Paste a working key and click Replace API key
- Your Anthropic account has no credit left. — top up at Anthropic, then click Check again
- Your API key cannot use the model Specsight analyses with. — give the key access to Specsight's models at Anthropic, then click Check again
Saving a working key resumes the paused work straight away, including releases that landed while it was blocked. Specsight also re-checks stored keys daily, so a key you fix at Anthropic resumes on its own.
