Every project exports in three formats, and so does any single feature.
Export the whole spec
Open Product spec in the project rail and click Export spec. Pick PDF, Excel or Markdown. The download starts as soon as the file is ready.
Export one feature
Open a feature, use the actions menu and pick Export scenarios. The file holds that feature, its sub-features and every scenario underneath.
What each format contains
- PDF — branded cover, contents page, and every scenario grouped by feature and category. Best for stakeholders
- Excel — four sheets: a summary, a sortable scenarios table, a features table and a nested tree. Best for analysis
- Markdown — plain text with a table of contents and one section per feature. Best for Notion, Linear or an AI pipeline
Files are named after the project and the date, like Dashboard-spec-2026-05-15.pdf.
