Every member of an organisation has one role, applied across every project. Admins manage members on the People page in the org rail. Only Admins see the link, and only Admins can open the page.

Invite a member
- Open the People page from the org rail
- In the Invite a member card, enter the email address
- Pick a role — the default is Viewer
- Click Invite member
The invitee gets an email with a link. They sign up or sign in, then join with the role you chose. Invitations expire after seven days.
Manage members and invitations
In the Members card, change a role from the dropdown next to a member, or click Remove to revoke access. Changes take effect immediately. You cannot change or remove your own membership.
In the Pending invitations card, click Resend to email the link again with a fresh seven-day expiry, or Revoke to cancel.
Member limits
There is no member cap on any Specsight plan. Invite as many people as you want — there is no per-seat fee. See plans and limits for what plans do cover.
