Specsight Help
In-product help, project-agnostic. A member opens the Help drawer from the dashboard top bar and asks in plain language how to use Specsight — Specsight answers from the help articles with a link back to the article behind each one. Admins can also ask account questions about the organisation: the current plan, subscription status, renewal date, and usage against the plan limits. A question about a specific project's behaviour is handed off to that project's Ask. A single rolling chat, with no thread list.
