Onboarding is the wizard that turns a verified email into a working dashboard. A new member arrives with no organisation, no project, and no plan, and leaves with all three in place.
The main path runs: name the organisation, connect GitHub, pick a repository, branch, and project name, then choose a plan. [1] Picking the Standard or BYOK plan sends the member to Stripe checkout; on return, the subscription activates, the dashboard opens, and the first analysis is queued. [2] GitHub can be connected later — the wizard moves straight to the plan step and the project is added afterwards.
A few branches sit off the main line: a member arriving through a partnership grant link skips the plan and payment steps, a repository whose source code is too large for any plan lands on a get-in-touch page, and a BYOK member with no AI key is asked to add one before a project can be created.
The first-run path from a verified email to a working dashboard. Onboarding is responsible for the short stretch where a brand-new member arrives with no organisation, no project, and no plan — and leaves with all three in place.
