Draft release notes

Markdown joined the export choices, and single-feature exports landed. Expanding a sync entry on the changelog now opens a per-feature, per-scenario change view with before-and-after wording.

New

People can now export to Markdown, with a table of contents and items grouped by category.
People viewing a single feature can now export just that feature and its sub-features, with a breadcrumb showing where it sits.

Changed

Expanding a sync entry on the changelog now shows the before and after of every changed field, feature by feature.
