Ask Specsight arrived — ask in plain language and get an answer drawn from your spec, with citations back to the exact scenario, feature, report, or annotation behind every point. Threads can be pinned, renamed, exported, or deleted, and a Command-K palette answers from anywhere. Rolling out gradually — organisations still waiting see a Coming soon note.
New
A new capability worth announcing, in release notes, a newsletter or a sales conversation.Ask Specsight answers plain-language questions, with numbered citations that open the exact scenario, feature, report, or annotation behind each point.
Pressing Command-K anywhere in the dashboard opens a palette that answers a single question, then offers Open full thread to continue in the Ask area.
Threads can be pinned into a group at the top of the sidebar, renamed from the actions menu, or deleted after confirming.
Asking what changed recently streams in an answer with a card grouping the recent changes from the changelog.
Answers can be given a thumbs down with an optional comment, and the vote stays highlighted when the thread is reopened.
Changes how much people can do, like a quota, a file size or a maximum number of items. Customers close to the limit notice first.Ask Specsight has a daily limit on questions per organisation while it is in beta.
