Stuck syncs now recover automatically

The scan pipeline became two-pass — extraction followed by verification — and a scheduled timeout sweeper now recovers any analysis that overshoots its deadline.

The full-screen analysis progress page now shows rotating status messages while the first spec is being prepared.
When new code reaches the watched branch, a stuck sync is cleaned up and a fresh one is queued for the latest changes.
