Onboarding's skip-GitHub path was rebuilt — skipping no longer blocks project creation; the wizard now advances to plan selection and the project is created from GitHub later. The step flow visuals were redesigned alongside.

Choosing to connect GitHub later now skips the step and takes people to plan selection, and the project is created from GitHub afterwards.

Gone

Skipping the GitHub step no longer blocks project creation until GitHub is connected.
