The email sent after each release now reads like its release page: titled after the release, with its summary above the New, Changed, Gone and Fixed lists and Highlight tags on the items. It ends on See the release, or See what it fixed for a release that only fixed things.

Release emails now show the New, Changed, Gone and Fixed lists, with tags on highlighted items, in place of counts and highlights by type.
The button at the end of a release email that only fixed things now reads "See what it fixed" instead of "See what changed".
